"Ponta Vista" and Other Things.

Some of you should stop your huffin and

And take a vacation to Alaska.

Really, you

Take some time away from Ponte Vista and you can have a

"Y" good time.

You can have a

of a great experience.

On the State Highway between Anchorage and Homer, Alaska, there is the intersection with "Ponta Vista" Wouldn't it have been great if Mr. Bisno had decided to put his giant development up in Alaska instead of San Pedro?

Homer Alaska is a fishing town. It was our favorite stop on our journey.

While folks were attempting their very best to get me even a little ticked off, I was enjoying a great experience and not getting the least bit perturbed by folks who attack me. In fact, the more I read from XXXXXXX, the more I enjoyed the experience of being able to leave issues for a short break and enjoy an adventure that really should not be missed.

Sometimes we all need to get away and reflect on what we have, what we are looking at, what we feel is really important, and how it all fits together.

Getting away from Western Avenue and onto the State Highways in Alaska is quite interesting. Most of the State Highways are two-lane, with some passing lanes along the way. There are bike and hiking paths along the sides and there is much more green to be seen than Green Hills.

We flew to Anchorage and rented a 4X4 and drove to Homer, Seward, Whittier, Denali, and other places off the beaten path.

Eagles are more plentiful in Homer than pigeons. Halibut is king in Homer and Salmon is also around in great numbers.

So if you get the chance to travel north to Alaska, I suggest that you do. There is a whole lot more available land there to build whatever size project you want to build and folks up here really need great housing.

The vacation is ending and it is back to dealing with a greedy developer, thoughtless Bisno supporters, folks who are becoming more desparate by the day, and a few rather foul individuals.

It is also back to wonderful contributors, thoughtful persons who believe that we don't need an overly large expensive development, reasonable individuals who can think for themselves and have made up their minds that less is better than more, sometimes.

I also want to get back to learning about a Ponte Vista supporter who is a plaintiff (Thanks April for correcting me.) in a lawsuit because her home is over a contested storm drain. If she tries to sell her home, she would have to disclose the pending litigation. I can now imagine why someone in R.P.V. would want to escape the problems with the lawsuit and favor a condo at Ponte Vista. Here is just one more example of a Bisno supporter supporting the giant project to protect her own interests, in my opinion.

Even Bob got away to Europe. It is good to take a break and relax or have a great adventure.

Mark... April here. FYI-The (Bisno supporter/RPV property owner) involved in stormdrain litigation is a plaintiff not a case "defendant" as you have so indicated.

thank you april!

yet another example of mark well's fine work of getting the facts straight before he publishes them.

say anything inflammatory whether it's true or not just to get people stirred up.

do you hear that flushing sound? that's your credibility going down the toilet.
